Capabilities
Materials Experience
Mild steel, tempered high strength steel, Aluminum and Stainless steel alloys are all possible. We can build and inspect to AWS, AISC, ABS and many other standards.
Programmatics
From ‘build to print’ basic structure to ‘design-build programs’ New Pacific has the skills and experience. Project Management based in PMP principles, scheduling and EVMS are the norm. Fluency in FAR/DFARs as required. We follow ITAR guidelines and can support cybersecurity and confidentiality requirements up to fully classified levels.
Scale
Our Vancouver WA location is a flexible heavy industrial site designed to scale. The former Kaiser Shipyard facility supports complex marine and industrial fabrication work with ample shop, laydown and staging space. Deep water access on the Columbia River allows direct launching or transfer to marine transport.
Ecosystem
We complement internal resources with seasoned and matured partnerships across many disciplines from detailing, cutting and forming, galvanizing, QC inspection, metrology, specialized machining, crating, heavy lift and delivery.
Coatings
Our internal blast and paint booth facilitates efficient integrated fabrication and coatings for acrylic, epoxy and vinyl coating systems for parts up to 200’ length.
Integration
We have deep experience delivering fully integrated solutions including integrated system design, risk assessment, source selection, installation, design verification, testing and commissioning.
